I find this utterly amazing! In my opinion this is just as big as the wheel or the concept of loans and interest in finance. And pretty much the same concept is repeated in cryptography and ihence also in IT nowadays. Suddenly you can control, who cann enter a place and who not. I mean, it is a very human, cultural thing to do - locking off a space, having keys as those very artificial and valuable items to grant access. Hey guys!
